We start with how you intend to use the home: year-round living, longer stays or occasional visits. Then we compare the towns, transport, access and property types that fit your requirements.
Do you work for the buyer or the seller?
I represent the buyer. The search starts with your requirements and can include properties advertised by different agencies. My role and fees are agreed with you before the work begins.
What if I have already contacted a listing agency?
Tell me before we proceed. Prior contact can affect commission arrangements. We need to clarify the position with that agency before assuming how the buyer’s commission will be handled.
Who carries out the property checks?
I coordinate the process and document requests. Qualified technicians and the notary carry out the specialist checks within their roles. We clarify outstanding issues and the appropriate conditions before you commit.
What does your service cost?
